Upon the opening of Morea Apartments, the property wanted some exterior window wraps designed to give the building more personality and some direction for street/foot traffic. I was given a premade brand (©Fairfield Residential) to match. Taking into consideration the Pompano Beach demographic and the spa-like feel of the property, I selected uplifting and calm imagery tied in with some branding elements. I then formatted the design files based on given measurements and mocked up prior to print.
