As Embark Apartments was being developed, I created a style guide starting with a pre-established logo, colors, font (©Fairfield Residential) and interior design boards. I pulled together stock images to give a feel that matched the property once built. I then created some digital assets and gave the property an established look to be carried out through all future collateral. Once approved I designed out their stationery, signage, and eblasts.
