As North Totem Lake Apartments was in its beginning development stages, I was asked to create a style guide as a base for the look of all future collateral. I was given a pre-established logo, colors, font (©Fairfield Residential) and interior design boards to pull together with my selection of imagery and graphic details. Once approved I designed out their stationery, signage, eblasts, and interest list landing page.
